Cancer risk models are fully integrated and automated with a single click and no additional data entry.  The application utilizes all the necessary family health history and personal risk factor data gathered from the patient to accurately assess hereditary risk.  Models include:

  • Tyrer-Cuzick v8 (IBIS)
  • BOADICEA
  • BayesMendel (BRCAPRO, MMRpro, PancPRO, MelaPRO)
  • Gail
  • Claus
Risk is calculated for 5 year and lifetime, with a 10 year option available. Mutation probabilities are included for BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, ATM, CHEK2, P16, MLH1, MLH2, MLH6, and Pancreatic Gene. 
 
Data Error Alerts

Alerts exist detailing if any required data is missing or if the model cannot be calculated for other reasons, so you can be confident your data inputs are sufficient.

License only the risk models you need.

There are two ways to license the models for your clinic:

  1. License FamGenix:  Include the cancer risk assessment models you need with the FamGenix platform, where clinicians also receive custom family history questionnaires, advanced pedigree drawing, built-in NCCN/ACMG guidelines, data reporting and much more.
  2. License the models only:  Already have family history data? Send your data to our risk server, and we’ll calculate and return the results back to you for display in your existing system.
